100% natural. Coal moisture content is 1.8%. Gives a lot of heat, burns for a long time at 600°C.
Maximum ash residue 2%
The percentage of ash affects the amount of heat that a brick gives off during a smoking session. The lower the % of ash residue, the longer the coal gives heat.
Doesn't affect taste
It does not smoke or sparkle when burning, does not give off an aftertaste and does not affect the taste of the hookah.

Crown coal production can be divided into 4 stages:
95% of coconut charcoal is produced in Indonesia. This country has the largest number of palm species, which allows manufacturers to create unique blends of feedstock.

The first stage of production is the purchase and preparation of feedstock. We work with coconut shells only. At this stage, we select the best combinations to consistently produce high-quality coal.

The second stage is burn-off. This is one of the most important stages in the production of hookah coal. The final properties of the product depend on how successfully this stage is completed.
The shell is burnt in metal kilns at a temperature of 1000℃. We also have the ability to control the amount of volatile compounds and carbon in the final product to reduce the amount of ash and smell from the coal.

At the third stage, a homogeneous mass is created, and we implement several stages of ash cleaning: using a special sieving machine and magnets. We mix burnt shells and tapioca, which serves as a binder.

The final production stage is forming the bricks of the size we need, cutting and drying the coal. After all stages, we test the final product. And if coal of inadequate quality is detected during the production process, the entire batch is rejected.
If the test is successful, the entire batch is packaged first in cardboard boxes and then in protective mica. And only after all these stages of production, we do send our coal to shops.
